I've spent 15 years building software, from startups to large companies. I have a computer science engineering degree from the University of Michigan.
These days I build office tools and websites for contractors around Richmond: roofers, remodelers, septic and HVAC companies, and commercial and site contractors. Recently that included the websites for Absolute Exterior Concepts and By the Sea Construction Services, and the daily site report app By the Sea's team uses instead of a Word form.
Built for fun: flights.dobro.dev, a flight simulator in the browser with real air traffic and weather. It works with a keyboard, touch, or a game controller. Try it out and watch real planes fly through the sky in real time.
In use today
Daily site report app
About 15 minutes on site, instead of up to 25 in the truck
“The improvements to efficiency for employees, and simplicity of the document has been a tremendous help with relaying accurate information to both clients and the rest of our team.”
It replaced a Word form that meant sitting in the truck with a laptop. Now their site lead talks through the day on a phone or tablet while walking the site, and it turns what they say into the report. More than 10 real reports so far, and about an hour a week back.

How I work
- You see a sample first.
- I set it up first. You pay only after you've seen it working for a week.
- You approve the wording before anything goes to a customer.
- You own everything I build.
- Cancel anytime. Your data, your phone number and anything I built on your accounts stay yours.
